Amy Gerrity-Parent bought her first home at age 19. She believes home ownership is an investment in yourself, and she is dedicated to working beside her clients from start to finish. Her passion is providing educated guidance to help buyers and sellers get to the next stage of their life, while achieving optimal well-being for their personal and financial future.
The Vermont native earned her real estate license in 2015 and, after five years in the industry, she opened her own firm in 2021. In her first year as a REALTOR® Broker/Owner, Amy topped 10 million in sales.
Amy is a Buyer’s Specialist, a Seller’s Specialist, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Staging Specialist, and a Foreclosure Specialist. She holds a Real Estate Negotiation Expert certificate from the National Association of REALTORS®.

I’m a native Vermonter with a love for all things Vermont! At a very young age, I developed a passion for real estate working for my father flipping homes, and managing properties. I was taught the importance of investing in real estate along with helping people find their dreams! Owning my first home at 21 and seeing the equity grow to build my second home four years later was the first-hand experience I needed to help my clients. Sixteen years later I branched out on my own from the family business and got my real estate license. After obtaining my license I have never looked back! Every client I work with I strive to meet all their needs! I’m passionate about every transaction and will do everything in my power to provide a five-star experience for them. My favorite part of real estate is watching my clients meet their goals and dreams! My clients are not just my clients. They become a friend and family!
Property management: once becoming a licensed real estate agent I found myself being brought down the path of short-term rentals (STR). Most commonly known as Airbnb. With my background in property management, this was a natural fit for me. Now currently managing or being a part of many properties I have developed the knowledge of how to use the platform, along with the day in and out operation of running them. I would love to be the agent that gets you your first or one of many STR properties!
