Amy Gerrity-Parent bought her first home at age 19, and she believes home ownership is an investment in yourself. Her passion is providing educated guidance to help buyers or sellers get to the next stage of their life, while achieving optimal well-being for their personal and financial future. She is dedicated to working with her clients from start to finish.

The Vermont native earned her real estate license in 2015 and, after five years in the industry, she opened her own firm in 2021. In her first year as a Broker/Owner, Amy topped 10 million in sales. 

Amy is a Buyers and Sellers Specialist, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Staging Specialist, and a Foreclosure Specialist.  She holds a Real Estate Negotiation Expert certificate from the National Association of Realtors®.
